 avanzar en las actividades de divulgación y participación al servicio del mandato de la ICANN.

 Antiguamente, se financiaban dos (2) actividades por RALO.

 La decisión sobre qué actividad - ¡y activista! - se financia debe ser
 guiado por un proceso claro y transparente a nivel de RALO.

 Es responsabilidad del liderazgo *elegido* desarrollar el proceso.
