Hi Sandra, Hi All, 

Is think that we have an interesting point here: 

Should we select someone with experience or try with someone new? 

If the position at Nomcom requires experience, why not make it
mandatory? 

By operating this way we will always have the same heads at Euralo and
that is really problematic. Apart from Matthias and Anne-Marie, I don't
see any young people who have taken the plunge? 

Then yes of course, Olivier is Sebastien's son and that could be seen as
nepotism but Olivier knows the subject and Seb is just one voice among
many others! 

This message comes to you today from an old country, France, who has
elected a president who's never been elected before, not even in a small
municipal election. And France has elected half of its deputies who have
no political experience. 

And it is quite working :-)
