<p>Is think that we have an interesting point here:</p>
<p>Should we select someone with experience or try with someone new?</p>
<p>If the position at Nomcom requires experience, why not make it mandatory?</p>
<p>By operating this way we will always have the same heads at Euralo and that is really problematic. Apart from Matthias and Anne-Marie, I don't see any young people who have taken the plunge?</p>
<p>Then yes of course, Olivier is Sebastien's son and that could be seen as nepotism but Olivier knows the subject and Seb is just one voice among many others!</p>

In depth means also understand the dynamics that are nowhere written in a guide book and that you don't get from a distance.</span></p>
