Dear All,
I support Amrita's point. Usually these Special Interest Groups are not
registered in any country, but chartered by the Internet Society.

However, it worth checking with them if they are registered in the country
of the origin of the applicant. Which is India.

If they're registered in india then I see no issue of considering them
applicants to ARALO.
