por nuestra parte, ni siquiera participaremos en la discusión si las 
personas que actualmente ocupan los cargos no anuncian que NO participarán 
en la elección en caso de que se permita la reelección.

Ésta es una costumbre que se da por hecha en muchos medios democráticos.
