Alejandro, the closing date agendmal comments, why not logr
arrive on time. I agree in part with you and also with Carlton. But no
with commentary by Alan, where deca that they had already been released domains
two digits and ESTN being used and will not unfair
freed ms. If hubiramos come in time and that there be consensus
be released, I will say it is not wrong but the correction of a
 error.

 Alberto,

the declaracinbsicamente says nothing. And ALAC are already Voting.
This issue has been on the table long. In LACRALO who could
have more interest are those involved in disputed territories
 international and is not expressed.

That suggests the conclusion that we really have a collective opinin
formed and should vote in abstention.

Of course there are also aware that they do not serposible
subsequently filed a complaint and we will be devoting the situation
to use existing codes of pas under new gTLDs: some
protections for today ESTN names in the list of ISO 3166-MA and
ningn future space on the second level to the regions involved
created or recognized, or cambin name (in the last decade or two in
Latin America at least three continental countries have changed names, or
 Whether this ssucede).

 Best regards.

Subject: Re: FW: Request for comments: ALAC Declaration on
introduction of two-character domain names in the new gTLD
 Namespace
 From: devtee at gmail.com

 Dear Alberto,

 My attempt at a declaration ( https://community.icann.org/x/VqzhAg)
 two points:

 - Issues of safety and stability Absent any DNS related,
 and given the use of
2 strings of various gTLD and ccTLD, convenience is
use more short domains potential registrants and two
characters for other meanings should not be any restriction of
Tags two character ASCII on the second level within the TLD as
registration agreements (5 blocks Specification for the two labels of all
characters in the second level, default)

 - The second preocupacin is with respect to the logic that is used to
RSEP many applications excepcina the specification of
register 5 Release 2 asking not strings of letters in the ISO list
actual.Considero is erroneous because the ISO list is not static and
periodically updated to reflect changes in the passes and
territories. This gives rise to a potential gap in the future in which
some countries and territories ESTN protected in the Specification for the 5, but
future are not. This (in my mind) should not be and all the passing and
 territories should be treated equally.

However, this second point has received several comments that if there
consensus to any restriction by the RSEPs qusolo requests,
especially since two labels of characters in the second level and
ESTN happening for various gTLD and ccTLD? And if you leave the second
preocupacin really have to say that the first preocupacin?
