Estimados miembros de LACRALO:
Mediante esta vía, deseo comunicar que los 2 integrantes que AGEIA
DENSI ha decidido la representen en la Asamblea General de LACRALO,
seremos Gonzalo Marquez (Presidente) y Andrés Piazza.
Aprovecho esta ocasión para reiterar algunos aspectos abordados por
Carlos Aguirre y por mi mismo hace algunos días:
- Consideramos prioritario que las demás asociaciones procedan a
definir, y comunicar, sus representantes (Carlton, sería importante que
hicieras un seguimiento de como se encuentra la conformación de la
Asamblea, además de mantener un contacto con las asociaciones en
particular para definir pronto sus representantes.)
- Reitero que debieramos trazar un plazo para la constitución definitiva
de una Asamblea General, sus integrantes y una modalidad de trabajo
definida. En este aspecto, coincido con lo expresado por Sergio Salinas.
Un reglamento puede ser un instrumento que complemente a los Principios
Operativos, para garantizar un funcionamiento aceitado de la Asamblea.
Sin embargo, entiendo que mientras tanto, si logramos tener definidos
los representantes, podríamos comenzar a definir una agenda de temas a
discutir.
- Comparto las demás preocupaciones expresadas por Sergio, pero
considero que comencemos a discutir estas cuestiones cuando tengamos
definida la Asamblea.
- Por último, retomo lo planteado por Carlos Aguirre respecto a comenzar
a preparar la primer reunión presencial, donde se encontraría por
primera vez la Asamblea en Pleno. Carlton, sugiero que aquí también,
comiences a analizar las opciones para la primer reunión del año.

PD: Deseo felicitar a Matias Altamira y Pablo Palazzi. Será un placer
trabajar con ellos este año.

Dear LACRALO members:
I write this E-mail in order to name AGEIA DENSI´s representatives
for the General Assembly. We have decided that the members will be
Gonzalo Marquez (President) and Andrés Piazza.
I also want to reiterate some issues mentioned a few weeks ago by Carlos
Aguirre and Myself.
- I consider a priority for the others ALS to start naming their
representatives. Carlton, i think it will be important for you, as
Secretariat, to watch closely the General Assembly´s shaping, keeping in
touch with every ALS, so we can have the representatives soon.
- I insist that we should stablish a deadline to constitute the
Assembly, so we would be able to start the work and discussion. I agree
with Sergio Salinas in thse importance to have a proper procedure
decided. We can stablish other Rules to complement the Operatin
Principles and guarantee a better operating, but it is not an urgent
issue. We should define the General Assembly, and the AGENDA first.
- I also agree with others aspects that Sergio mentioned, but, as there
are contained of the discussion, we should discuss it later on.
- Finally, I take back Aguirre´s words in order to start the
organization of the 3D meeting with the whole General Assembly. Carlton,
I suggest we begin analicing the options for the first meeting.
