thanks for your concept. Compared to regular organisations /
associations this is a very considerate way of handling teh problems
with many reminders and a very long process for an actual
decertification. This makes it fair for the ALSes in question but maybe
hard for us to follow up.

I personally like the concept. Would you mind to put it up on the ICANN
community, so comments or even changes can be done there directly at the
document?

Please apologize that I couln't participate in the call yesterday, I was
stuck in the IT room of our local radio station until 10 pm with no air
conditioning - a real sauna.
