As representative groups of Internet users, and as many of us are discussing
how best to represent our communities; you may be interested in this
students award winning research on ICANN, GTLD's and Indigenous Domain
Names, Intellectual Property etc.,  all of which impact all regions in the
world. Perhaps some of the concerns can be raised again in ALAC?
