[ALAC] [ALAC-Announce] VOTE ANNOUNCEMENT: ALS Application (307) Internet Society Rural Development Special Interest Group

All ISOC SIG are global entities in ISOC and, therefore, global in its
scope. They should not be considered an ALS as currently defined. The
alternative is to include them in any of the At-Large regions, as would be
the case here, but should not be allowed to have voting rights.
For example, I may end up chairing such an entity in the future and, as
such, my vote, which may be influenced more from another region, may have a
net effect on another.

I am not ALAC but will vote NO on this one.
