[ALAC] Motion to amend the ALAC Rules of Procedure

Dear Alan,

This is a very important process and also much necessary. It is great that you are carrying it on.

I also note that there is no reference as to how individual members get certified/affiliated. Also no definition of individual members i.e. ALAI (At-Large Affiliated Individual) whereas we do have designations and definitions for ALSs.

I I may voice my opinion in regard to options A and B, I believe option B seems to be more practical than A.
