[ALAC] What to cover re GDPR in the HIT sessions?

The GDPR topics prioritised by the ALAC differed to those proposed by NCSG
and the BC and will get swamped in  the consolidated discussion if we dont
at least mention our key interest areas and at least have someone on the
panel.
You might suggest that.
