[ALAC] ALAC Representative on the .NGO Community Advisory Council

Understand your analysis, but still find the proposal of Evan relevant.
If there are 2 equal value candidates, the preference should go to the non ISOC Chapter representative. Means that we will not prevent ourselves from selecting a very good candidate because he/she is an ISOC, but at an equal value, the non ISOC should be preferred.

I believe we should let it to the selection committee.
