[ALAC] ALAC Representative on the .NGO Community Advisory Council

As noted in the Call for Volunteers, it will go 
to the selection committee. Note that we are not 
selecting the Advisory Council member. Presuming 
we have more than one viable application, we are 
providing a slate of candidates from which PIR 
will select the Advisory Counsel member.
