[ALAC] Effect of Chinese Domain name Investments

....not sure what this says about the health of the market but it seems to
me a perfectly rational market response.....except maybe to the mavens of
the marketplace.

What could be interesting is to see how the RySG interprets this
development, especially in context of the request for marketing support
from ICANN.
