[ALAC] IMPORTANT: NomCom Delegates

I have been asked about the possibility of
feedback on the returning candidates.

In preparation for calling for nominations and
for the selection phase, I did ask the Chair of
the NomCom for such feedback. I was told that the
NomCom self-evaluates itself and all of the
members and publishes the reports (and was
probably the only ICANN group to do so) - see
https://www.icann.org/nomcom2015. These
evaluations will be available at the end of the
selection process. Despite our desire to know how
well our delegates are doing, he did not consider
it fair to NomCom members for the NomCom
Leadership Team to provide personal opinions outside of the evaluation process.
