My points are very clear, and the minimum that should be done is to reflect
both points of view, not saying “the majority believe
”. There are 2
positions, so let’s put them together  (some think

Tijani, I am trying my best to reflect a fair statement. My preference would
be to make a strong statement that reflects the majority views, but people
have felt strongly that all variants need to be presented and I have done
what I could to have the statement represent all of those views.

Please suggest wording that will satisfy you, but it cannot be to simply
remove the parts you do not agree with. That removes what others feel is
appropriate.

We only have 3 hours before the comment period closes.

There were two problems. That document should not have been attached. I
pointed to the wiki in the e-mail. The document was from an earlier e-mail
that I neglected to remove. And the 21 May date was in error, even the first
time (although no one noticed).

A revised version of the Comment has been posted incorporating the issues
raised in the last day. See https://community.icann.org/x/koU0Aw.

At this point, we are having very few comments made, and those that are
largely a debate between Tijani and me (with comments from Seun largely
supporting Tijani).

We REALLY need more people to contribute. A statement like this needs to
reflect the overall community and not just the views of a few people.
