Dear Olivier,

Thank you for this email. I confirm reading through the links and noted the
Public Interest Commitment by Dot Health LLC and the assurance that it
would communicate with WHO and that it has the support from certain
organisations within the US. It should also be noted that different
countries have their own regulatory standards on Health related matters and
each country/state regulates over its own jurisdictions.

Whilst Dot Health LLC should be commended on agreeing to cooperate with the
WHO, it should also be mindful of the respective countries regulatory
control mechanisms which is why the GAC issued early warnings.

The reality is that there are diverse bodies of medical professionals
internationally outside the US.

There is a material distinction in my mind in relation to Stable Tone's
application where in their Public Interest Committment, they agreed to work
closely with the regulators in China etc. Of course the objection is no
longer considered by the ALAC but I thought that I should provide the
material distinction just the same before I will take to the polls.

With Kind Regards,
Sala
