[ALAC] IMPORTANT: VOTE ANNOUNCEMENTS on gTLD Objections

+1 Sala.

WHO in its most recent communication with the Review Group indicated that
it does not support any of the application.  I agree that dotHealth LLC
made a good effort to have support from the health community, but until
they secure the support of what could be accepted as the "global health
community" and I think the support of WHO in this regard is crucial, I
would say that the grounds for objections stand.
