[ALAC] ALAC's 10th Anniversary?!

Hi,

I don't know whether you are aware that ALAC has good reasons to celebrate its 10th Anniversary soon?

I just found this reference

and according to the info, the 22 April, 2002, was the date of the ICANN Board decision and, let's call it, "birth permission" and; I think, there would be some good reasons for an ALAC Anniversary celebration.

Just an idea from the RALO front (we are much younger and less mature ;-)
