Hola estimados, y región,,

En efecto, este tema del acceso a la participación lo hemos discutido entre
los presidentes regionales pues representa un desafío para la comunidad de
usuarios.

Desde Puerto Rico parece que el esfuerzo está enfocándose sólo en; cuál
sería la representatvidad de Icann en la actividad.

Estamos en algunas consultas que nos puedan conducir hacia un uso de
recursos alternativos para la participación, aún y cuando las expresiones
de intención para participación presenciales ha cerrado.
