 Escribo esto mientras participo remotamente en la sesión dirigida por Veni Markovski sobre procesos internacionales y geopolíticos. Se destaca la ausencia de América Latina y el Caribe, primero, por la falta de participantes, y segundo, por la ausencia de menciones a todo lo que tenga que ver con la región, vamos, ni un poquito a NetMundial.
