I have another agenda to this governance meeting regarding some relevant adjust in our bylaws just related inconsistency bylaws x rules for nomcom . not for this election that I understand we followed the running process. But for next year process will be relevant and since any change need clear understand and legal perspective,  I would like to raise it during this call.
