[APAC-Discuss] Nomnitaion of Gunela for position of VC

Thanks Amrita,
  I believe for public interest and community fairness, any nomination should only start once the ALAC & RALO chairs officially announced the opening of this position and staff send dates and timeline for each step. As far as I know this was the practice we all followed in the past and we should  keep it that way to be more organized.
