Hi All,

Many thanks for the update on why there are low applications. I just had a
question on this point:

*We are also facing the hurdle to more female candidates since we have on
15.69 % applicants as female.*
*Out of 51 applications that we have received, there are only 8 female
candidates. Grateful to you also if you could please help us to outreach
for Female candidates from Africa.*

Is there a targeted outreach strategy to attract female candidates? or will
one need to be developed after of course figuring out the reason why women
are not applying?

Will share within the African women community as well.
