Dear Chenai,

We are looking at other organizations to solicit recruits from that are outside the sphere of traditional ICANN involvement. These include (among others) the Urban League, NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), etc.
We are already making a strong push for women applicants (while not discouraging men in any way)
There is a “Women in the DNS” meeting planned for Copenhagen, where we will outreach for female candidates.
If you have any views, you are most welcomed to share with us.

Thanks and best regards

Dave Kissoondoyal
