[NA-Discuss] Reminder of Dec 2nd Information Webinar for the Additional Budget Requests (ABR) by ICANN

HI All,
Just a reminder that At Large has a different process than other constituencies in doing ABRs.  All ABRS have to get approval from the FBSC first, then alac approval before staff will submit the ABR. At large participants cannot submit their ABR directly to ICANN
