[NA-Discuss] ARIN Policy on Community Networks

As I said before, I think it would be wise to also work with the
originators of this policy. We had a lunchtime meeting with David Farmer
and one other person I can't remember. They may already have put
something together.
I could contact Alyssa unless this has already been done.
