[NA-Discuss] EURALO's Successful Petition to Add Sébastien Bachollet to the Final Slate of Candidates

Hi Folks

It seems that  the rules  seem to be a bit  confusing on our  RALO
obligations  aka Chair  vs the  will and wishes our  RALO memberhip.  At
 first  i had the impression that I was obligated to immediately hold a
vote .   I informed our membership of the pending vote and then I saw the
comments and the rules and it seems I need to *FIRST*  to appeal to the
community first to gauge their  *PASSION* on this  issue  and if they are
keen to have this vote  then we will post a vote.

I asked Ariel to hold on the vote and I am now sending out  a message on
this situation ask them to voice their opinion.  If the majority are
passionate to include SB then we will proceed
