At first i had the impression that I was obligated to immediately hold a vote . I informed our membership of the pending vote and then I saw the comments and the rules and it seems I need to <b>FIRST</b> to appeal to the community first to gauge their <b>PASSION</b> on this issue and if they are keen to have this vote then we will post a vote. </div><div><br></div><div>I asked Ariel to hold on the vote and I am now sending out a message on this situation ask them to voice their opinion. to conduct their formal decision making process, according to RALO's respective rules of procedure. If a RALO has already conducted its formal decision making process to decide not to support any petition, no further action is required for that RALO but they
have to inform <a href="mailto:program-admin@atlarge.icann.org" target="_blank">program-admin@atlarge.<wbr>icann.org</a> that they do not wish to support Sebastien's petition.
