Currently despite  our  efforts the only locations  outside Continental US
and Canada we don't have a single  US  territory as a ALS.  The new
 revised  fellowship may change this.  We have recorded all the  ICANN
fellowship for the past 10 years.   Moving forward  these  15 US
territories can apply for the fellowship except the next round which is
restricted to only Alumni.  Perhaps  we can encourage fellowship in those
regions we can gain a foothold.  Many of the fellows became active, some
became leaders and others became ICANN Staff.
