All,

ICANN is forming a Continuous Improvement Program Community Coordination
Group (CIP-CCG), to develop a framework to implement ATRT3 Recommendation
3.6. Recommendation 3.6 recommends that periodic Organizational Reviews
should be evolved into a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).

The goals of the CIP-CCG include:

   - Developing a shared understanding of the meaning of "Continuous
   Improvement"
   - Considering a range of methodologies for an effective CIP
   - Formulating a CIP Framework to be used by the SO/ACs and by the NomCom

Preferably, participants should have at least one of the following:

   - Experience with ICANN Organizational Reviews *OR*
   - Knowledge of Continuous Improvement work outside of ICANN

The organizers would like to strike a balance between those with deep ICANN
experience and those who may have fresh perspectives, to bring in new and
innovative ideas for improving the effectiveness and accountability of
different ICANN structures.

NARALO will have a representative and an alternate on the CIP-CCG. Alan
Greenberg will be the NARALO Representative. The representative and
alternate should be prepared to coordinate with the other RALO participants
and with the At Large OFB-WG, as well as with NARALO.

This is a Call for Expressions of Interest to serve as the Alternate. *Please
respond to this email ASAP with your interest and serving, along with a
brief explanation of why you would be particularly suitable for this
group, responding to the point mentioned above.*

Please send your response to Greg and Adrian, cc'ing ALAC Staff. We look
forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
