 He explicado pacientemente demasiadas veces. Todavía estoy atónita que 
 la gente realmente serios NUNCA se preguntan por qué el nombre y la dirección del 
 representante de cada ALS se verifica y eso que cada ALS se SIEMPRE enviar un 
 boleta de votación! 

 Ahora reconozco públicamente que tenías razón al insistir en que democrática 
 principios y reglas de orden que regula las instituciones democráticas no era tan 
 ampliamente entendido y respetado como me imaginaba en esta América Latina y el 
 Región geográfica Caribe. Yo llevaba el día en que el argumento, pero 
 en gran medida de la esperanza y la confianza. 

 Es uno de mis pesares duraderos.
