 Empecé a todo el hilo señalando plaininly las palabras "moción de orden" 
 por lo que no podía estar equivocado. 


 Esperé hasta que se llame a la elección - y la Asamblea General está en 
 sesión - porque necesitaba una pregunta que se le pregunte y un debate a sobrevenir. 


 La cuestión es el voto. 


 El período de 7 días es el tiempo para debatir la cuestión.
