 Creo que esto es fuera del alcance de los criterios TF ALS, pero es 100% en 
 margen para la Difusión y Participación SC. Cómo llenar la lista de 
 personas que nos financiamos para viajar a las reuniones de ICANN es totalmente suya 
 nosotros (siempre que sea razonablemente bien justificado y aplicado de manera justa. 


 Habilidad, compromiso o lo que es juego limpio.
