Hopefully what comes to us now from procedural issues (organizing individual participants, elections, activity resources, meetings - to which there will be no trips for a while - and expanding participation) can consume a limited number of processor cycles, and is of general benefit. We appreciate the regional ideas, contributions, comments and recommendations received through the LACRALO Working Group on Governance during these years that has led the process of updating our regional documents.

 Regionally constructed, the Rules of Procedure represent a further step in updating our institutional documents. That is why we call for our regional approval by Consensus starting today at 23-UTC and until next Monday, July 27, 2020 at 15-UTC. 
 If there is no significant opposition, we will be incorporating our new document. By significant opposition is understood for these purposes if five (5) or more At-Large Structures (ALS) are against what is stated in the text.
