Dear Region 

 We hope you are well and well protected with your loved ones. 

 Having met 15-UTC today Monday July 27, we celebrate the 
 Consensus approval of our new * Rules of Procedure *. 
 We appreciate the regional ideas, contributions, comments and recommendations 
 received through the LACRALO Working Group on Governance during 
 these years that the updating process of our 
 regional documents. 

 An important cycle has been completed by which we express great 
 congratulations and a big hug of appreciation to all the members of the Group 
 LACRALO Working Group on Governance, from its founding members, to 
 who make it up today and the entire region that has expressed 
 their disagreements and consensus through this group. We keep adding achievements 
 to regional work. 

 We will be sending our new document to the translation of 
 the most recurring languages in the region; EN, PT, FR.
