 On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, ALAC Chair, we inform you that the Unaffiliated People Mobilization Working Group (UIM-WP) will begin its work shortly under the Chairmanship of Roberto Gaetano. 

 The UIM-WP will make a recommendation to the ALAC on what should be done to allow full implementation of the changes in support of the participation of unaffiliated persons in At-Large in accordance with the plans proposed in Number 2 of At-Large Organizational review <https://community.icann.org/display/ALRW/Issue+2+Dashboard+and+Progress+Chart> approved by the ICANN Board of Directors on June 23, 2018 <https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2018-06-23-en#1.h> and January 27, 2019 <https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2019-01-27-en#1.c> . 

 The members of the UIM-WP will be composed of one ALAC member from each region, as well as two representatives from each RALO. The UIM-WP will also be open to participants. 

 Regular updates on the work of the UIM-WP will be provided during the monthly ALAC calls.
