The LACRALO Group on Governance reaches a proposal on the Regional Rotation for the Electoral Process to begin with the upcoming 2019 Regional Elections.Therefore, we are opening the proposal to the LACRALO Group on Governance.
Here is the proposal for this process:
The positions to choose and the correspondent subregions are:
Chair- MERCOSUR (SUBREGION D) Chair-Elect- CENTRAL AMERICA (SUBREGION A) Secretary- ANDES (SUBREGION B) Secretary-Elect- CARIBBEAN (SUBREGION C) ALAC Member- MERCOSUR (SUBREGION D) [ArgentinaExcluded] Member of the NomCom- CARIBBEAN (SUBREGION C)
In cases where there is only one candidate, in any position, the candidate will be elected elected by acclamation and without further need for a vote.
The vote will be open from Wednesday, 12 June 2019 16:00 UTC until Monday, 17 June 2019 23:59 UTC.
