The rotation proposal was discussed, evaluated and put into voting at the last meeting of the governance working group, where 12 members attended.
The result of that working day was what we sent to the region today and that makes you write this email. You can verify this in the wiki confluence space of the governance group where what I write to you appears.
Now, previously, the Governance working group appointed four members to discuss the process of which rules to use.
By virtue of this small group, a democratic process was put at the disposition of the region, where the different positions were reflected and the region chose more than 80% of those options.

The process was transparent, participatory and democratic, we may not like it, but the region expressed itself in that sense and now we must do it again.

Most regions have already started this and some have already completed it.
In the governance group, different meetings have been held in order to reach agreement on how the electoral process will be and we have reached an agreement by consensus in the last meeting.
