 thank you very much for this message. 

 Before you can form an opinion is needed: 

 1. Explicitly mention dates and places of both ICANN meetings rather than refer to them by number. What goes from 60 to 63 a year, right?

 We would like to ask your opinion on the regional electoral calendar LACRALO leaders. 

 As previously stated, it would be very useful for the Regional Leadership program LACRALO could be synchronized with that of the other RALOs and the ALAC.  In this case, the election of Regional Leadership would have to take place during May and not in February.LACRALO elected leaders take their positions immediately in June 2017. The newly elected leaders would take office on June 1, 2017 with a term of office ending in the Annual General Meeting 2018 ICANN 63.
