 Through this mail I want to apply apologize to members of the community for the controversy that has arisen in relation to the posting of comments on the wiki for the application of ISOC Savior.

 If I encourage you to get into a controversy, since my ALS was accepted in LACRALO we have not had a workout in the wiki ICANN, I think it is appropriate occasion to apply. My ALS was accepted two years ago. After ours have joined nearly a dozen more. 

 Likewise take to support the entry of ISOC El Salvador. The leadership of Lito Ibarra towards the internet in the region see it even in LACRALO, where even not being a member of it, and pushes us to engage on the important issues of ICANN, as the groups and subgroups of transition IANA.

 The role of the Secretariat (function, no person) is just that, to facilitate the work THIN. 

 If the Secretariat does not have time to collect the comments made members THIN about accepting or not a new organization that is seeking to be recognized as ALS, the person (anyone in general) should not have been postulated and assume that role.
