Please be so kind to note That the First Vote With regard to the Proposed Motion of No Confidence by Carlton Samuels is now completed. The voting process was Governed by rules 12, 19 and 20 of LACRALO's RoP. Concerning the Proposed resolution, the following question was Asked in the First Vote:

1. Yes, the motion of no confidence must move forward.
2. No, the motion of no confidence must be ignored.
Of the total of 47 ALS In This voting process, ALS Voted 28 (equivalent to 58.89% of the total weight). The minimum quorum requirement was 24 ALS.
Option YES = 7 votes equivalent to 13.61% of the total weight.

Please note that the first vote on the censure motion proposed by Mr. Carlton Samuels has been completed. The voting process will be governed by rules 12, 19, and 20 of the Rules of Procedure of LACRALO. With regard to the proposed resolution, the following is the question First Vote:
