 Subject: Seeking At-Large Members' Input on the CWG IANA 2nd Draft Proposal

 Dear At-Large Members, 


 The 2nd Draft Proposal of the IANA Functions Related Naming Stewardship Transition is now seeking comments. Its public comment period will close in 16 days (20 May 2015). You may read the 2nd Draft Proposal in two forms as follow: 


 * Short form (without annexes):  https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/cwg-stewardship-draft-proposal-without-annexes-22apr15-en.pdf 
 * Long form (with annexes):  https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/cwg-stewardship-draft-proposal-with-annexes-22apr15-en.pdf 


 As the IANA Stewardship Transition is a critical issue Greatly Affect That will end users worldwide, will submit to the ALAC Statement on the 2nd Draft Proposal. As we are at the stage of Identifying issues Which Should the ALAC comment about, we want to hear from our single ALSes and unaffiliated members across the five RALOs to gather input internally. 


 To Provide your input, Please use the template in the Word document or the PDF document attached.This template Provides Opportunities you to write down the input on the proposal overall, as well as specific input per section. That Also Please note there is no obligation to Provide input on all sections. After completion, Please Save the document and submit it as an attachment to staff at atlarge.icann.org <mailto:staff at atlarge.icann.org> . At-Large staff will compile all the input for the ALAC Statement drafter (s) to consider. The deadline for submission is 13 May 2015 at 23:59 UTC.
