Estimados, las discusiones groseras, agrias e insultantes terminaron hace tiempo en LACRALO. Eso fue porque cuando alguien la iniciaba,  no se contestaba o se contestaba educadamente.

Alejandro, gracias por hacerlo así.

Jose Ovidio, el tema de participación no está siendo tratado aquí, porque aún no tenemos métricas. Esperemos solucionar esto pronto.

Jackeline, el proceso eleccionario aún no terminó.

Ahora quiero recordarles que el año pasado fuimos Humberto y  yo, únicos postulantes. Debimos hacer votación y aceptar el resultado. Hubo quienes votaron no, otros se abstuvieron y otros votaron por el si.

El otro caso particular fue el de Natalia Enciso, única postulante para ALAC Member. Y fue el caso que tomamos como antecedente.

El caso que citan de Sylvia Herlen Leite, no es correcto, no tenemos que realizar elección para ese cargo.

Hicimos  una reunión previa con el Staff y  luego de tomada la decisión Lance fue avisado que se haría la votación, tomando como antecedente el caso de Natalia.

El proceso está en curso y finalizará con la votación.

Carlton,

voy a aceptar por última vez tu uso de lenguaje ofensivo. Tu siguiente mensaje con lenguaje ofensivo será materia de trabajo del Ombudsman. Tu vocabulario se traduce a palabras inaceptables en español.

El conflicto de interés de Lance no viene de su actividad empresarial propia. El conflicto reside en su representación de negocios a través de la Cámara. Algunos de estos negocios tienen un conflcto estructural con los usuarios porque los usuarios son clientes de sus servicios.

Jacqueline, la expresión de interés fue modificada y ampliada después de empezar la elección.

 El hombre es el presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Georgetown en virtud de su
 propiedad de una pequeña empresa; Tecnologías BrainStreet. Él deriva su
 ingresos, su salario digno, principalmente de ese negocio.Él no consigue
 pagado como Presidente de la Cámara de Comercio de Georgetown.

 Aquí está el problema. No es inusual para los que estamos en el Caribe
 tener muchas vidas; Su llamado responder al déficit de capacidad. decir eso
 Lanza no puede ser un hombre de negocios y también representan los intereses del usuario final cuando
 él es presidente de una ONG - el que a través de la que ha conectado a la ICANN
 sistema - sólo se parece delirante para algunos de nosotros.

 Al menos para aquellos de nosotros en el Caribe que son voluntarios para una cosa
 u otro.
