I second Carlton statement, London being my first experience with ICANN and
At-Large and LACRALO from the moment I met Lance at the station to our time
working on the ATLAS II statement, I admittedly retired at 9pm way earlier
than my fellows Lance, Carlton and Dev. Regardless of how busy or how tired
he was Lance stuck to the task at hand and still made time to not to
neglect any of the other sessions that needed his attention. As a
representative I have no doubt that he will be of great value to the
overall in terms of determination, vitality and versatility to ALAC, as
such he is an excellent choice.
