Dear, the 2nd Draft Report of the Cross Community Working Group on Enhancing ICANN Accountability (CCWG Accountability) is now seeking comments. Its  <https://community.icann.org/x/a45CAw> Public Comment period will end the 15 September 15 , 2015). For ALAC the deadline is September 3.
