It seems very successful your question!
I suggest that the name is raised to the page once the respective candidate has presented its SOI President / Secretary and these have either Ledo to avoid the bitter experiences we had with Lance Hinds few weeks ago.
I understand that estn considering interviews (though do not know who's going to do, or as they will report to the community) but I think the page should be the main source of information and should be complete.
