 propose to start the study of this subject by following the principles and recommendations ("roadmap") Strategy Panel's report on ICANN's Role in the Internet Governance Ecosystem. In this work is a set of principle applicable to both ICANN and IANA stakeholders (eg "Stewardship" or preposing the particular public interest, simplicity, subsidiarity, reciprocity and others). Some general aspects of the roadmap ICANN applicable to the transition from IANA also arise. 






 Perhaps the best route for the discussion is the Chair and Secretariat do a breakdown of the topics based on the skills of the members of LACRALO and lead the discussion in steps. 






 Some topics that should not be without discussing the nature of the organism are expected to replace the U.S. government in overseeing the functions of IANA and who should pay the costs.
