 Thank Humberto. A sentence with a very fundamentacin 
 interesting about the ponderacin between different rights 
 valuable to society, between safety and property protection jurdicos 
 personal data in the specific case raised in court, that 
 plays an important role the principle of proportionality. It is a 
 complex world that requires depth in the analysis and articulation of the 
 legal bodies standards. Also I understand it is important to consider the 
 different contexts, it shows the significant development in the field 
 is the EU, which responds to a different reality to the deep 
 asymmetries arising in Latin America. For my country we still 
 very little case law.
