 valuable to society, between safety and property protection jurdicos

 plays an important role the principle of proportionality. It is a 
 complex world that requires depth in the analysis and articulation of the 
 legal bodies standards. Also I understand it is important to consider the 
 different contexts, it shows the significant development in the field 
 is the EU, which responds to a different reality to the deep 
 asymmetries arising in Latin America. For my country we still 
 very little case law.
